For one week, track your angry emotions.
Develop a table like the one below. Write down the event that caused you
to be angry, irritated, depressed or upset. After you record your
information, create a bar chart to express your mood for the day.

At the end of the day, decide how you would
rate your anger each day. On a scale of 1-10, write your anger amount
for the day. 10 would be extremely angry. 0 would mean not angry at all.
5 would fall in the middle. It would mean you were angry for about half
of the day. At the end of the week, create a chart like the one below. On the left of the chart, write rows from 0-10 (Anger rate for each day). Below each column, write days 1-7. Then draw a line or a bar for each day, going from 0 to the rate you gave that day. Would you say the person who completed the chart below was an angry person? Would it help for them to talk about what made them angry each day?
